Please wait for written confirmation before visiting for collection. Orders will only be available for collection once we have confirmed that they are ready.
For security reasons, we may ask you to provide:
- your order confirmation;
- proof of purchase;
- a valid form of identification;
- written authorisation if someone else is collecting on your behalf.
Once an order has been collected, it will be treated as delivered.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping depending on the destination and product type.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, clearance charges, or other fees charged by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Deliveries

Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided, collected by the customer, or collected by a person authorised by the customer.
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
